Who is Andrea Mujica?Hi There
I’m Andrea, a Gemini from 1987. I’m constantly in search of adventure and Wifi and currently working independently in the content creation world. I live, eat, and breath travel and always look at life a “glass-half-full” attitude. My Monica-like tendencies push me to stay organized as I navigate this chaotic world and figure out how I fit in it.

My Favorite Places
Chile is where my heart and soul has been for the past 12 years. I have been lucky to travel from Arica to Punta Arenas.
Other places that have tempted me to stay longer are Colombia, Italy, and France.
My professional life, summarized
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Interpersonal/organizational communication in 2010. Basically, this degree taught all the communication theories out there to deal with human interactions on a personal, business, and creative level. So I’ve been a professional people-person since 2010.
Then the school of travel taught me what it’s really like dealing with human interaction on a personal, business, cultural, and creative level. I spent the first couple of years teaching English, volunteering, and seeing new corners of the world.
I decided to continue my studies at the University of Chile to complete a Master’s degree in Marketing. This might have been the hardest thing I ever worked for. My thesis, I kid you not, was on the impact of e-wom on the travel industry. That was in 2014. In other words, how bloggers and opinions of actual clients influence future clients to make decisions when they are traveling.
I worked in Santiago’s corporate world because, I thought that’s what I wanted, in different industries but always in areas of marketing and program creations.
That lasted until 2016 when I had a serious conversation with myself about what I wanted to do with my life and questioned my happiness. I took some time off to figure out what would make me most happy and ended up creating my first travel blog as an outlet to express that creative thought process. Time showed me that writing and helping others is what made me most happy.
So I took a huge leap of faith in myself to do that full-time and I’ve been lucky to create a space for myself creating content and helping small business get online. I’ve worked with a number of different platforms and clients that have trusted me throughout the years.
Why I do what I do?
I want to help like-minded businesses reach English-speaking markets by making their companies available online. I want to find new and exciting places to visit and tell their stories. I want to fill-in-the-blanks when it comes to traveling to places that most may know but need more information. I want my passion for Chile and general travel through South America to spill through my fingers tips and onto your computer screen.
Throughout the years I’ve expanded my travels to Europe and hope to continue my travels around the world and show others that anything is possible if you do put your mind to it.
